Last Saturday I assisted Kristen shooting the Catoe/Ryan wedding. This wedding was especially close to my heart because I dearly love both familes and had the opportunity to watch the bride and groom walk out their relationship from afar. I had been counting down the days to this wedding just like everybody else and was so happy to be able to take photos of it! Congratulations, you two!!
Oh! And this was one of my favorite moments from the day. Immediately following the ceremony the wedding party/family ran into one of the back rooms and just started hugging each other and squealing! I thought they were just happy the wedding was over but then I heard "we're related, we're related!!" and I realized they were just so happy to finally be one big family. It was the sweetest thing ever.
