Christ and Culture Week

Kristen and I snuck our way into Covenant Life School's Christ and Culture week yesterday. It was really great to see my friends benefitting from the wisdom of Christians who have gone before them. Mr. B, thanks for letting us stop by. I really appreciate it.

"In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved to the elementary principles of the world. But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba! Father!" So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God." -Galatians 4:3-7

Measure For Measure

Last week I had the great fun to attend excerpts of Shakespeare's Measure For Measure performed by the drama elective at Covenant Life. Although thoroughly confused I was still able to thoroughly enjoy myself! Wow, you would not believe the amount of blurry pictures I took due to stiffled laughter. Dear actors and actresses, Mrs. Mays directed you amazingly well and you guys were actually quite good at many parts in the show, but I think you know what I mean - it was just hilarious.

(Above: Haha ooh man, I love Muloma in this one. That baby was priiiiceless.)

(Above: Very clever disguise there, James. Too bad it couldn't cover that chuckle when you got lost somewhere within your three different scripts! Haha)
