Two weeks ago I shot a 50th anniversary dinner at Normandie Farm in Potomac. It was for the parents of Mrs. Thompson (Jen's mom) and oh, whas is lovely! The weather was beautiful and I had a great time getting some awesome lighting for the formals and outside candids. Another plus was the excitement everyone shared - there were some family friends there that hadn't seen each other for many years so in the end it was kind of like a anniversary/wedding/reunion. And then it was over. Really lovely, evening. But before I left I had to do a quick photo shoot with my dear friends James and Cat Wise. Cat is Jen's sister and I became friends with her a couple years ago before she married James. Anyways, they're really the sweetest couple and I wish I could see them more often! (they live in TX)
