Hey therrrr!
I hope you are all enjoying the approaching springtime. I'm not sure that the snow here in MD will ever fully melt (there are still plenty of parking spots around town that are blocked by mounds of it), but I'm enjoying the occasional sunshine a great deal. I've been thinking about warmth and the upcoming months a lot recently. I'm excited to get back into shooting again. I miss the crazy wedding weekends and sore muscles I never knew I had from shooting and hauling around my equipment.
So, while I wait I thought I'd post about a little something I shot back in January. As some of you may know, my brother Mike works for a company called Vinegar Hill Picture Works. He and David Altrogge, his business partner, do all sorts of videos, short films, and documentaries all around the country and occasionally around the world! I had the awesome opportunity of joining him on a shoot he did in New York City for the upcoming NEXT conference.
It was a little dream come true to finally see my brother and his team in action and take some stills for them "on set". And they did an INCREDIBLE job on the promo video. Check it outtt!

ok maybe not a drag but im SO glad you were there. thanks for all of your help and for dancing to alicia keys with me and for these beautiful photos. please come on more VH shoots soon?
